25 Random Things about Me

1. I LOVE the smell of Pantene Pro-V.
2. I have had the same camera since I was seventeen. It has survived many adventures including a little swim in an Egyptian toilet.
3. I picked my wedding date when I was a senior in high school. I still have some time but we’ll have to see if I find a boy by then. . . .
4. I have 8 pillows on my bed.
5. My parents are my best friends. I call both of them almost everyday.
6. By the time I graduate I will have more than 200 credits!
7. I have never ridden a horse but I have ridden a camel and an elephant.
8. I am minoring in Latin American Studies and I have never been to Latin America.
9. I am kind of obsessed with pictures. I have over 10,000 on my computer and when my photo slideshow screensaver comes on I can stare at it forever. I always have tons of pictures all over my room too.
10. I actually like going to work. Yeah there are days that I would rather be in bed but all of my jobs have been pretty fun.
11. I was born in Utah and I have lived there for over half of my life but I usually try to keep that on the DL.
12. My sisters are, by far, the most beautiful girls I know.
13. I love traveling and going on adventures but my favorite part of every trip is coming home.
14. I love coloring with sidewalk chalk on beautiful summer nights.
15. I had the entire sheriff’s department out after me when I was just 10 years old!
16. I learned Spanish specifically to study abroad in Spain and then I accidentally ended up in Israel instead.
17. I love to cook. One of my favorite ways to spend a rainy or snowy day is in the kitchen with the warm stove and oven. If I ever say that it is a ‘secret family recipe’ that just means that it’s super easy (like it’s only two steps or it comes from a box mix) but I want you to think that I slaved over the stove for hours. It really is my family’s secret and it works most of the time!
18. I pick out patterns all over the place. For example when my friend texted me that she was getting married on March 6th my immediate response was: “03.06.09! That is so cool!” I also notice when it is 12:34 and for some reason it fascinates me. I’m weird.
19. I like to think my eyes are green. I’m pretty sure they are but my mom insists that they’re hazel. I’m wearing an olive green shirt right now and they match perfectly. So there mom!
20. When I was in 6th grade my mom bought me a keychain that said: “I have my faults but being wrong isn’t one of them.” When will she learn that it’s true?!?
21. I have only changed my major once. I switched from Chemical Engineering to Audiology and Speech-language Pathology. It was a pretty big switch!
22. I have had 23 different roommates in college!
23. The bus broke down on my first day of kindergarten. I think that is probably why city buses make me so nervous.
24. I can see the most beautiful Arizona sunsets from my backyard. I love sunsets. Especially sunsets at home.
25. I am the luckiest girl in the whole wide world. I am living the dream.
