Then we went to my apartment and watched/slept through Stardust. I watched the whole thing because I kind of love that movie. :)
On Saturday Aleni, Jordan and I went to the Oquirrh Mountain temple open house. It was so beautiful! Tons of the paintings were from the Holy Land and it was so fun to reflect on my experience in Jerusalem while walking through the Lord's house.
Then we headed back to Provo to visit our friends at the Crepe Escape!
On Sunday Aleni and Kara came over to my apartment. Jordan called and pretty much invited himself over for dinner. Luckily I always have tons of food sitting around so we came up with a pretty good dinner really fast. When I was making dessert after dinner Jordan invited EVERYONE over for dessert and to watch a movie. What would we do without Jordan? It ended up being a fun Jerusalem reunion though so I guess it was a good idea after all.
What can I say? We have a lot of fun together! And why is it that Bryan, the only boy sitting next to his fiancee, is the only boy not kissing the girl next to him?
Aleni spent the night with me and then on Monday I had to work for a few hours. About halfway through I got a call from Aleni saying she had locked herself out of my apartment. Haha! I was getting anxious to leave anyway so I just went home to let her in. Kara came over for a little while and then we met up with Jordan, Ken and Jess. I introduced them to Sensuous Sandwich for lunch and it was delish as usual.
We hung out for a little while and then we made the sad drive up to Salt Lake to drop Aleni off at the airport. :( It was a super fun weekend with a little bit of every kind of fun. I just love that girl!
