princess lucy update

When I said near future I pretty much meant right now!

Ok. Here is the real reason I haven't wanted to do any blogging. I love, Love, LOVE my new computer but I really miss Princess Lucy. She has everything from my pictures to my journal to my recipe book to my music. Life has been really hard without her.

She is currently sitting in a repair shop in Phoenix. My mom decided she wanted a laptop so she is getting her fixed which is great for me! I will be able to get all of my stuff off of her for free when she is fixed! Or so I thought! She went into the shop shortly after I arrived in Utah. They said it would take a few days to get a part but that they would have her ready to go in no time. I planned on having my mom bring her up for a visit over Memorial Day weekend. Three weeks seemed like forever but I was so excited to finally have everything back!

My mom called a couple days before she came up and they said she still wasn't ready. I was devastated! My friend Vanessa was going down to Phoenix in another three weeks (next weekend) so I decided that three more weeks wouldn't kill me and I made arrangements for her to bring Princess Lucy back to me. Well, my mom called again yesterday and they said that whatever they tried before didn't work and that they were ordering another part. It doesn't look like she will even be ready for Vanessa to bring her back! I don't know when I will be home next or when anyone is coming from Arizona to Utah so who knows when I will finally have her back! Or if she will even be fixed!!!

This is driving me crazy! I really want to finish blogging about Jerusalem but I NEED Princess Lucy to do it! I wish I had everything backed up! (I thought I did but I have never really understood my external hard drive...) Anyway, here's to hoping that everything will turn out ok. SOON!!!
